Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Projects:
The cooperation between the Customer and WixTR Web and Graphic Design Agency is carried out on the basis of a specific service agreement or contract. Projects are carried out according to conditions determined by a detailed service agreement before they are launched. Here is the basic information about cancellation of projects:

Project Cancellation Policies: Once the project begins, projects are generally not canceled or refunded, given the resources and effort expended to successfully complete the project.

Customer Cancellation Requests: When the customer wishes to request the cancellation of a project that has been initiated, the request must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests are evaluated based on factors such as project progress, duration, and completed phases of the project.

Agency Cancellation: The Agency reserves the right to cancel the project if it encounters any difficulties or obstacles in the progress or completion of the project. In this case, a full refund is provided.
Return policy:

Prepayments: 50% advance payments received for the start of projects cover the labor and design process and are non-refundable.

Logo Design Returns: In logo design projects, in case of cancellation of designs approved or requested by the customer, the prepayment is not refundable. However, the customer is offered additional design options.

Fee Refunds: Refund policy may vary depending on project type, project progress stage, and service agreement. Refund requests are reviewed thoroughly and a fair and honest assessment is given in each case.
Changes and Communication:
This cancellation and refund policy may vary depending on the agreements made between the parties. Policy changes are notified to the parties in writing and are effective throughout the progress and termination of the project.
